Engaging People

It is people who will need to make M4I come alive and we need to understand those involved very well and what they bring into a situation in terms of their sense of purpose, their passions, their power, their knowledge, experience and relationships, and the resulting mind-sets. The ability to connect to core motivations and the ability to facilitate the forging of such connections (in multi-stakeholder processes) are therefore at the heart of M4I. This includes engaging people in meaningful participation for impact.
