As Caroll Lewis already said, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there”. We need to be clear about the appealing perspective which we envision in the future, that which is (meant to be) the core motivation of a development initiative. The more this is a shared perspective, the more we will be able to overcome differences and make a shared effort. And the more we are able to describe what we anticipate seeing when that impact becomes reality, the more it will create passion to work towards that aspired future. And the more we reiterate that aspired future, the more we keep the passion alive as we encounter challenges on the way.
